Make things for real use.
We create furniture and everyday goods with care for materials, function, and the details that matter.
343 CO. / BUILT WITH PURPOSE.
Built with
purpose.
343 Co. is a woodworking and education company built around a simple idea: useful things are worth making, and useful skills are worth sharing.
THE 343 CO. IDEA
Useful things are worth making.
Useful skills are worth sharing.
We create handcrafted furniture and everyday hardwood goods, and we share practical woodworking knowledge through lessons, guides, and future hands-on learning.
Craftsmanship gives us a way to make useful things. Education helps pass the knowledge behind that work to others.
Build. Educate. Connect.
BUILT WITH PURPOSE
Make useful things.
Share what you learn.
343 began in a workshop with a straightforward respect for making things carefully and understanding the work behind them.
Good materials deserve thoughtful work.
Useful objects should be made for real use.
Practical skills are worth passing on.
We believe there is value in knowing how something is made, learning a practical skill, and sharing what you have learned with someone else.
Not because everyone needs to do everything themselves, but because good craftsmanship and useful knowledge matter.
And both become more valuable when they are shared.
THREE PILLARS
Build.
Educate.
Connect.
Share practical skills.
We share woodworking knowledge through lessons, guides, and hands-on learning as it becomes available.
Bring people together.
Craftsmanship and shared knowledge can create meaningful work and stronger connections in the communities around us.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Work that
holds together.
Faith
We believe faith should influence how we live, work, and treat others. Our Christian faith provides the foundation for the values we bring to 343 Co.: integrity, stewardship, humility, perseverance, and service.
Self-Reliance
Self-reliance is not isolation. It means developing the ability to think, learn, work, and solve problems for yourself while recognizing that strong people and strong families are still better when they stand together.
Craftsmanship
We believe good work is worth doing well. Materials matter. Details matter. Function matters. The things we build should have a reason to exist and should be made with enough care that we are proud to put our name on them.
Community
A capable individual is useful. A capable community is resilient. We want 343 Co. to be a place where knowledge is shared, skills are practiced, and people have opportunities to help one another.
THE FOUNDER
Built from
experience.
343 Co. was founded by Trevor Walls after years spent working with his hands, solving problems, and teaching practical skills.
What began as a small woodworking shop grew from a conviction that useful knowledge shouldn't stop with the person who learned it.
343 carries that knowledge forward through craftsmanship, woodworking education, and shared work.
CRAFTSMANSHIP + SERVICE
Good work
is shared.
343 values careful work, responsibility, and practical knowledge.
Faith is part of the company's foundation and informs its approach to workmanship, stewardship, family, and service. The website and learning opportunities remain welcoming to people from a broad range of backgrounds.
Build with care.Keep learning.Share knowledge.Make room for others.
