Shipping

Most shop goods ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping options and costs are shown during Square checkout. Local pickup in Moberly, Missouri may be arranged when offered for an item.

Returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved returns must be unused and securely packaged.

Custom and final-sale work

Custom, personalized, used, or final-sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the agreed order. We will work with you on a practical remedy.
