Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a project request, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, location, project type, dimensions, project details, and timeline. If you transfer a table configuration, the selected dimensions, hardwood, base, finish, construction options, seating and delivery preferences, and non-binding estimate are included with the request. Newsletter subscriptions are submitted through Brevo. The shop checkout is handled by Square, which may collect payment and order information under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

We use project request information to respond to you, evaluate the work requested, provide quotes, and coordinate services. Newsletter information is used to manage Field Notes subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We use FormSubmit to deliver project request emails, Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions, and Square to process shop checkout. Those services process information according to their own policies.
